The WFB Humanitarian Activities during the pandemic of COVID-19

To this date the pandemic of COVID-19 is widespread to all countries and the virus was mutated into new variants which put so much affects to people around the world.  Every country requests their people to receive anti-virus injection.  The WFB Humanitarian Assistance does not hesitant to assist people and we had raising fund and provided financial assistance to Nepal.  At this initial stage, several Regional Centres both of individuals and organizations in many countries such as Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, U.S.A., including many Thai and foreigners contributed to The WFB Humanitarian Assistance Fund to assist Nepal which its medical is pushing to the edge and strongly needed assistance.

Meanwhile, The WFB also distributed medical equipment and supply such as Oxygen generators, Sets of Nasal swap, Pulse Oximeter, Thermal gun, Virus transport media sets, and personal protective equipment sets to hospitals and community isolations in Thailand as well namely Prachaphat Hospital in Bangkok, Community Isolation in Rat Burana District, Chaloem Phra Kiat Hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima Nakornratchasima Province, Samut Sakorn Hospital, Samchai District Hospital in Kalasin Province, and hospital for monks in Mahasarakham Province.  Moreover, The WFB also donated grinding machine for producing herbal medicine in lessening acute respiratory tract infection to Wat Khiriwong (Wat Nam Tok) in Chumporn Province for free distribution to people.  In addition, the Department of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Culture of Thailand also supported The WFB Headquarters in distributing 100 sets of consumer goods and Andrographis Paniculata tablets for lessening acute respiratory tract infection to Molilokkayaram Rajaworavihan Temple and various places countrywide to assist people who were affected by COVID-19.
