On 10 February B.E. 2562 (2019) H.E. John A.E. Amaratunga, Minister of Tourism Development and Christian Religious Affairs from Sri Lanka, and H.E. Kshenuka Senewiratne, Ambassador of Embassy of Sri Lanka in Thailand led the Group to visit and have a meeting with Ven. Fra Shakyavongsvisuddhi (Anil Man Sakya), Rector of World Buddhist University, at 100th year Somdet Phra Sangkaraja Building located in Bavonniwet Vihara Temple, Bangkok on co-operation of tourism to Buddhist sites in Sri Lanka.   In this regard, Mrs. Sawanee Chuensumran, Deputy Secretary-General of The WFB, also attended the meeting.

During their visit, Ven. Anil Man Sakya had led the group to pay homage to the Buddha Image enshrined in the Ubosot and visiting temple vicinity.
