Religions Volunteer Project

On 1st April B.E. 2568 (2025)  Mr. Phallop Thaiarry, President of The WFB, assigned Mrs. Sawanee Chuensumran, Deputy Secretary-General, to participate in a meeting of the Committee on Religion, Morality, Ethics, Arts, and Culture under the Ministry of Culture.  The meeting was held at the Senate House of Thailand and focused on the Religions Volunteer Project.
The project aims to propagate the noble teachings of five religions and to cultivate morality and ethics in children and youth, encouraging them to apply these values in their daily lives.  It also seeks to help the younger generation deepen their understanding of their own faiths and develop strong character. 
The project will be implemented across 50 districts in Bangkok, with 8 volunteers assigned to each district.  Additionally, 100 youths from five different religious organizations, totally 500 volunteers, will participate, promoting interfaith cooperation and understanding.
