Dharma Discussion: Peaceful Steps toward the Cessation of Suffering
28th – 29th March 2026
From 28th-29th March B.E. 2569 (2026), On the Path of the Buddha Foundation, a regional centre of the World Fellowship of Buddhists (The WFB), organized a Dharma discussion titled “Peaceful Steps toward the Cessation of Suffering” at Sanya Dharmasakti Hall, the headquarters of The WFB.
The event featured five distinguished monastic speakers, including Most Ven. Phra Ratchawatchara Pundit, Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Environment and Abbot of Wat Chakdaeng. Each speaker shared valuable insights rooted in Buddhist teachings, addressing the challenges faced in today’s world.
Amid a world increasingly marked by instability and confrontation, many people experience a sense of unrest and uncertainty. The speakers emphasized practical ways to cultivate inner peace through mindfulness, wisdom, and compassion, and extending this peace to others. Their insights highlighted that lasting harmony in society begins with the transformation of the individual mind.
