The small booklet has its aims and objectives to provide information about Buddhist teaching or Dhamma to the foreigners as Buddhism is the nation religion of Thailand.  The first publishing was about 50,000 copies.  They were delivered to temples, otels, embassies and students who studied abroad.  It was very admirable and beneficial to all receivers.
