It was a long wish of our former President (H.E. Phan Wannamethee) and current President, Mr. Phallop Thaiarry, to restore and retrieve regional centres of The WFB, that had lost communication and return to The WFB family, and now it has come to reality.  The first country we started with for this mission was the Kingdom of Cambodia, which was also one of the founding countries of The WFB.  We received an excellent response from H.E. Prime Minister Somdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen by inviting Mr. Phallop, Vice-Presidents, and executives of The WFB to the Conferment Ceremony of Honorary Titles of The WFB held in Phnom Penh on 2 May B.E. 2566 (2023).  In this regard, Patron of The WFB was bestowed on H.E. Somdech Hun Sen, and Senior Advisor of The WFB was bestowed to H.E. Dr. Hun Manet, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Force, Commander of the Royal Cambodian Army, and Chairman of the Somdech Techo Voluntary Youth Doctor Association.  The next countries The WFB wishes to further this mission are the Mae Khong region countries, which Mr. Phallop Thaiarry, the current president, wishes to achieve by the end of this year.
