hrs. Los Angeles time, Most Venerable Somdet Phra Mahathirachan, a Member of the Thai Supreme Sangha Council, Abbot of Wat Phra Chetupholvimol Mangkhlaram, President of the Regulatory Office for Overseas Dhammaduta Bhikkhus, and Supreme Advisor of the World Fellowship of Buddhists (The WFB); along with the group of monks including Dhammaduta Bhikkhus from overseas, participated in religious activities to mark the United Nations Day of Vesak in the United States of America.  Most Venerable Dr. Thich Vien Ly, Abbot of Chua Dieu Ngu Buddhist Temple (a Vietnamese Buddhist Temple) in Westminster, California and President of the International Buddhist Cultural Heritage Organization welcomed them to the event.
